Breathing new life into this iconic player

Groupe Gascogne is a pillar company in the economic and social landscape of the Landes region. A multidisciplinary brand that brings together 4 interconnected activities: Wood, Paper, Flexible, Bags.

The company has initiated an outsized investment program since 2014 to modernize its tools. culminating in the commissioning of a new paper machine.

A development program that will ensure a revival for this timeless brand, and which needed to be accompanied by strategic and marketing thinking.

A graphic system that illustrates the specificities of all the company’s activities while ensuring consistency.

Our guidance

Brand strategy

  • 20 internal and external interviews conducted
  • Distribution of a questionnaire, with 260 respondents
  • Definition of a brand platform positioning the Gascogne brand as a “fertile land of innovation”.

Branding

  • Redesign of the brand’s graphic identity, creating a coherent identity encompassing the parent brand and its 4 activities.
  • Implementation of the graphic identity on multiple media: annual report, catalog, posters, stand, business cards, internal template, etc.

UX/UI E-commerce site

  • Persona definition
  • Creation of a prototype for user testing
  • Ergonomic adjustments based on feedback
  • Creation of the site’s graphic interface based on the graphic charter and according to Shopify constraints.
